Having had a new kitchen installed my old water filter system had been thrown out. As for the product itself it was easy to install and after 3 weeks is working very well. I was looking for a water softener, and like most people searched the internet for my purchase,I popl across this company on EBay, and it was the start of a great purchase.
Not only was the price for this softener fantastically low, the back up service from any questions I needed answered were dealt with immediately. When the product arrived to my home in Spain, I fyy that the packaging was first class, "this parcel would have survived in a war" The product was very simple to fit, and apart from some minor changes to the programing panel worked first time.
Finally I would like to add, that the person who has made this purchase such a success is named "Steven" simply the most helpful person I have had the pleasure to deal with, thank you again, 5 stars. Firstly, the communications was excellent. I used the 'chat with us' option and had a quick response, my questions were answered. The price was excellent - there was a special offer on and I went ahead with the order via the website.
The softener arrived quickly and in good condition. I started to plan the installation. The unit doesn't come with the hoses required to connect to pipework so I ordered and collected a couple of these from Screwfix - proper 'WRAS' hoses. Next day I fitted the hoses, set up the unit's 'programmer' using the manual. I have fu been running the unit for 3 months, no issues.
It's pretty quiet when doing its rinse etc. The scaling is much lower than before and I top poo, salt every month. It doesn't use as much salt as I thought it would but I think I may have the settings low for the ppm of lime.
Buts taps are much cleaner and the shower too. So good job, good price and good service!

I feel it is important to have the reverse osmosis filter as part of a healthy lifestyle. The unit is neat and compact and outstandingly easy to fit even for somebody with no previous plumbing experiance, simply follow the step by step instructions.
The water quality is second to none an the easy change f cartridges will alow a lifetime of pure drinking water.
I can highly recommend this unit from water2buy to anyone concerned with the health of themselves and their family. My wife had a requirement for a source of pure water and day.bbsp selected this product as what she felt would do the job. I oredered it and it came very quickly. I watched the installation video and thought it seems a bit of work, I will start this evening and finish tomorrow. In fact it was so straight forward the whole installation day.sbp just a couple of hours.
If I had to ever install another unit I suspect it would only take 30 mins. Initially I had a poor water flow, and then reading the instructions again noticed that one had to pressurise the After letting it fill and empty a few times one had to pressurise the holding tank, after that it worked just fine.
My wife was very pleased wit the quality of the water that was being produced. Unfortunately after a week one of the water snap on connectors developed a small leak. I conatcted water2buy and they with out any fuss immediately posted to my a new connector which I fitted and now the system remains watertight. I ma very pleased with the product and the seller for their excellent customer service. I bough this Poll system about a month ago, and i really happy with it.
I couldn't tell how much better from the tap water by the eyes but i did the test. I mostly use RO water for drinking, tea and coffee. I really love the taste of my tea and my coffee, it doesn't change the taste of the drink but bring out even better taste. Hi every one,water in my area not the grate after long hours on line I spotted this company.
Was surprised about price,my budget was around Eur,but get for less. Very happy Got stuff in two days,very delighted.
This is now the second one of these RO units that I've purchased from water2buy and the units are great. They just sit under the sink working away giving pure fresh water on demand without that chlorine taste.

I can thoroughly recommend the product and the seller as they've always provided excellent service. I bought this to enable me to adjust my water for brewing beer. It was very easy to install and I was up and running within Mins. Clear Instructions, fast delivery and a great price. Pure water on demand - just what I ray.bsp after. Buy the pumped version as this fills your reservoir in just under an hour as opposed to 3 day.bxp unpumped. Replacement cartridges readily available. Bought the unit in April and it arrived very promptly and was easy to install.
It has been daybsp well and is very quiet and I have had no problems with it. We live in a hard water area and our water is now noticeably softer which means that the shower units are much easier to keep clean.
The customer service from Water2Buy is exceptional with a follow up phone call to check everything is working well. I would highly recommend them. It worked well for 9 months then stopped working, contacted customer services. A new one was sent out that day which I received the next day. The old one was day.bbsp up by courier with no charge to myself. Cant really complain about that.
My softener arrived on time and was dag.bsp good order. It is a replacement for a 20yo unit so installation was very simple. The unit, W2B, is as described and once set up performed immediately.
A small adjustment to the regeneration water volume has fine tuned the regeneration start period. I am very pleased with my purchase. I bought this a year ago, it has worked perfectly and uses very little salt. I check the water hardness every six months or so and we have very soft water. No limescale build-up either.
